Grace Baptist Church runs a number of activities for adults, teenagers and children.

Sunday Services

Our main meetings are our Sunday Services (10.45 and 6.00) at the Portland Centre in St Peter’s, where you are always welcome to join us.  Each service usually lasts just over an hour. It includes singing, prayer, a Bible reading and a sermon, where the speaker’s aim is to explain the Bible’s message in a clear, warm and relevant way.  We also have a number of special services including at Christmas and Easter.

Sunday School

Sunday School is at 10.00 each week and our morning service includes an interactive memory verse.  Children are very welcome to stay throughout our services – please don’t feel embarrassed if they make a noise, we’re used to it!

Midweek Bible Study and Prayer Meeting

We meet every Wednesday evening at 7.30 in a local home to study the Bible and pray. Please contact us for further details.

Youth group

Members from our church are involved in running the local Young Life group – an interdenominational youth group for ages 14+. The group meets every two weeks on a Saturday evening (7.30-9.30 pm) and further details including the venue can be obtained by contacting the church or Young Life.

Leaders and helpers at our activities are checked by the DBS in accordance with our safeguarding policy.
